The CILA has an online platform containing past webinars for our members to view. The library of webinars is hosted on BrightTALK under the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters.
A Catalogue of CPD
Members can view past webinars and generate a CPD certificate that will show, to the minute, how much CPD has been gained.
How do I watch a webinar?
Members and non-members can view the CILA webinars by making a free BrightTALK account here. This is a separate platform that is not run or overseen by The CILA. Any data or security you put in place there will be between yourself and the BrightTALK platform. Once you have an account you can follow The CILA channel and receive instant updates when a webinar is planned or when a recording is available.
How do I register to attend a live webinar?
All webinars can be registered for through your MyCILA account. Some live webinars are kept private for our members and not published after the fact – so where possible make sure you register to join the live event.
How do I find the channel?
You can find the channel here. Remember you will have to make an BrightTALK account to view our channel but its one step to view all future and past webinars. We look forward to seeing you there!
