Examination Updates – CH4 Liability Claims

We are pleased to share that the Examinations Committee have been hard at work updating our examinations and related materials.

Following their hard work we are excited to announce the launch of the new CH4 Liability Claims exam in the upcoming year! Members will now have the option to take CH4 Liability Claims as their elective paper in the certificate route instead of the current CH3 Advanced Claims Handling, which covers general claims.

All members can also choose to take the paper as a standalone examination to demonstrate their competency in Liability Claims. This decision is a result of high demand to offer even more specialised routes for members seeking qualifications. CH4 Liability Claims exam will be available to sit soon, with date TBC and Members can start studying immediately by downloading the CH4 Liability Claims Course Book.
