About the event

Join your peers for a one-day, in-person conference, exclusively designed for professionals across the claims value chain.

Created by claims practitioners for claims practitioners, the annual conference focuses on the evolving claims landscape in an uncertain world, including regulation, AI and the impact on loss adjusting in practice.

This year’s theme, New Horizons, will explore some of the challenges facing the profession, with a series of sessions providing insights and case studies, with thought-provoking content and real-world relevance.

The event will give you plenty of opportunity to network during the day, with the option to stay on for a relaxed three-course dinner, open to both conference attendees and guests.

The event is dedicated to your continued professional development and equates to seven CPD hours.
