Join industry peers at this one-day, in-person conference, designed for professionals working across the claims value chain.

Shaped by loss adjusters and built around the expertise at the heart of the claim, this annual event explores the increasingly complex claims landscape, addressing key developments in regulation, technology and evolving industry practice.

The programme centres on real-world case studies, offering behind-the-scenes insight into how complex claims are handled and resolved. Through a mix of expert-led sessions, panel discussions and interactive Q&As, delegates will gain practical knowledge, fresh perspectives and lessons they can apply in their own roles.

This year’s theme, New Horizons – Leadership across the claims landscape, reflects an important step forward. As the conference evolves, it brings together a broader cross-section of the claims community, recognising that fair outcomes rely on collaboration between adjusters, handlers, legal experts, risk professionals and more.

Alongside the learning sessions, equating to seven CPD hours, the conference provides valuable opportunities to connect with peers, engage with sponsors, and explore services that support the profession.
