Event Details

Date: Thursday 12 November 2026
Time: 10am – 1pm, followed by lunch (GMT+8)
The Singapore College of Insurance (SCI), in collaboration with CILA, is pleased to present a special in-person claims event bringing together insurance and claims professionals to examine current and emerging issues affecting the claims landscape.
As claims become increasingly complex, effective management requires close coordination across insurers, brokers, loss adjusters, legal advisers, forensic specialists and other stakeholders. This forum will explore selected developments and practical challenges across the claims journey — from the initial incident and mitigation through recovery, reinstatement and eventual settlement.
Participants will also have the opportunity to hear perspectives from experienced industry practitioners and network with fellow claims professionals over lunch following the programme.
