63rd Annual General Meeting to be held on Microsoft Teams
Notice is hereby given that the 63rd Annual General Meeting of the Institute will be held on Microsoft Team on Tuesday 9th September,2025 at 10:00 for the purpose of receiving the President’s Address, to confirm Members of Council and the appointment of Officers for the ensuing year and for the ordinary business of the Institute. Also, as special business, to propose a change to the current subscriptions by the following resolution:
That, in accordance with Bye-Law 66, with effect from 1st January, 2026, Annual Subscriptions will be as follows: Members fees will be £207 for Advanced Diploma, £160 for Diploma members, £122 for Certificate members.
Also to note that Members’ fees will be unchanged at £390 for Associate, Fellow or Certified members, unchanged at £80 for Ordinary/Student members.
Additionally, as special business, to propose that the auditor for the 2025 financial statements will be Kreston Reeves LLP.
Furthermore, as special business, to propose changes to the current Charter and Bye-Laws.
