In order to provide the best service, to our members and the wider community the Institute is committed to the wellbeing of our members and staff. We expect those accessing our services and premises to treat members and staff with the courtesy and respect they would expect to receive themselves. Verbal Abuse, harassment and violence are wholly unacceptable. In the event of any of these occurring, the Institute will not hesitate to take action which could lead to prosecution.
