A little about me
I am the Membership and Qualification Services Manager at the Institute.
I have a background in fundraising and relationship management. Away from the office, you can find me either at a pilates class or working my way through a new boxset. I am also a volunteer Appropriate Adult working for a local Youth Justice service.
What I do
I joined CILA as Membership and Qualifications Services Manager in June 2024, having previously worked as a relationship manager in the education sector.
In this newly created role, I offer support to our membership in a number of ways both in the practicalities of pursuing membership and qualifications but also increasing the offerings to all members to ensure CILA Membership is an attractive prospect to all.
One of my main challenges is to increase the number of CILA members and ensure member retention to better strengthen our community and help support the profession. I will also help to accelerate member progress through the Institute’s qualification framework and develop and implement new qualifications in conjunction with the Examinations Committee.
