What is the AGM:
The AGM is a annual meeting that takes place both in person and online. Our Executives report on the Institutes activities, financial status and plans for the immediate future. Issues or decisions made that affect the membership are open for questioning, such as membership fee increases and nominations for positions on Council are put to vote. Its the distinct opportunity for our members to have a say in the direction of the Institute and we encourage all members to attend in person or online if they are able.
Who:
All members are invited to attend the CILA AGM but only Associate, Chartered and Fellow Members are considered Voting Members. These members will be required to ‘sign in’ both in person or online to ensure that we meet the required Quorum.
