The Future Focus group represents the next generation of loss adjusters.

The Future Focus group represents the next generation of loss adjusters (and other claims professionals) on the CILA Council to ensure that their views and needs are considered and reflected within Institute activities. The group undertakes activities with the aim of encouraging CILA members to achieve CILA qualifications, predominantly focussing on members with no CILA qualifications at present.

Calling all young loss adjusters and claims handlers!

The Future Focus Group has an exciting opportunity for young CILA members who are enthusiastic, able and willing.

This is a fantastic opportunity for members who are keen to: make a meaningful difference; develop and enhance their professional competencies; and interact with like minded claims professionals.

For those interested, can you please provide a short (<300 words) email to info@cila.co.uk outlining:

  1. Your enthusiasm for this opportunity [recommended word limit circa 100 words];
  2. The project you would like to progress noting that fundamentally the project will be required to A) Assist members through their professional qualifications; and B) Promote the profession of Loss Adjusters. [Recommended word limit circa 200 words].

Applications are welcomed from all corners of our industry and there are absolutely no limitations. You just have to be enthusiastic about Loss Adjusting and Claims!
