Thank You for Making Our Claims Professionals’ Conference a Success

With this year’s theme “The Way Ahead” the focus was firmly on the future, exploring the challenges, innovations and shifting expectations that are shaping the next chapter in claims. From in-depth analysis of recent policy decisions to insightful discussions on AI ethics, data use and client outcomes, every session delivered practical value. It was a real credit to all our speakers that the content remained so relevant and actionable throughout.

Equally important was the strong sense of collaboration and connection that carried through the day. The conversation didn’t stop after the final session. It continued through an enjoyable drinks reception and dinner, where new relationships were formed and ideas continued to flow.

More than anything, it was the people who made the day so special. The atmosphere was full of genuine engagement, with delegates openly sharing experiences, asking thoughtful questions and exploring fresh perspectives. It was encouraging to hear that many left with new contacts, a renewed sense of purpose and seven valuable CPD hours.
