WIC Coffee Break (online)

As part of Mental Health Week, we’d love for you to join us for a relaxed CILA Coffee Break on Wednesday 15 May at 3pm.

We’ll be chatting about some of the things, that emerged from our recent poll, that can create barriers for career progression, confidence and security.

These include:

  • Feeling like an imposter

  • Dealing with bias

  • Mental health and wellbeing – especially anxiety and how we cope

  • Not feeling supported

  • And most importantly – your valuable experience and insight

After a short intro, we’ll break out into smaller groups to talk through each topic – then we’ll come back together to share thoughts and takeaways. No pressure to speak if you’d rather just listen in – everyone’s welcome.

So, grab a cuppa, take a breather, and join us for a midweek pause.

Just us, some honest conversation, and hopefully a few helpful ideas.
