Women in CILA and Future Focus invite members and guests to an afternoon of open discussion, practical exercises, and shared experience around career development, confidence, and community in the claims profession.
This event is aimed at professionals at all stages of their careers who are interested in overcoming self-doubt, building supportive networks, and navigating the realities of working in insurance claims.
Expect honest insights, practical exercises, and lively conversation around:
- Imposter syndrome and internal doubt
- Bias in the workplace – real or perceived
- Learning through unfamiliar or high-pressure situations
- Mentoring and building support networks
- How to stay confident and connected in a changing profession
