Webinar: Introducing CILA’s Stepping Up to Major Loss Programme

Join us for an introduction to the new Stepping Up to Major Loss programme, developed in partnership with GSP and launching in September 2026.

This 12-month programmed is designed for technically capable adjusters currently working in the Property or High Net Worth claims sectors and looking to progress towards Major Loss practice. It will combine advanced masterclasses, structured exposure to complex claims and an applied technical challenge.

We invite UK-based CILA members looking to progress into complex and high-value claims environments – and employers supporting emerging talent within their teams – to join this webinar to learn more about the programme and whether it may be suitable for them.

This webinar will explain:
• The purpose and structure of the programme
• Who the programme is aimed at
• What participants can expect and what is expected from them
• The application and selection process
• How employers can support participation

The session will also provide an opportunity to ask questions ahead of applications opening later this year.
