Claire Luckhurst

A little about me

I am the Marketing Manager of the Institute, previously the Events Co-Ordinator, and have worked at CILA for just over 4 years.

I have a background in membership and professional bodies having moved through the heady heights of tax and financial broking to land in the exciting world of Loss Adjusting. I am a reader, writer, runner and large German Shepherd owner. So you’ll likely find me curled up reading or running the hills of Kent but either way, undoubtedly covered in fur.

What I do

As Marketing Manager I oversee the Internal and External communications of the Institute, any materials or projects that we develop and our presence at external events. I also cultivate our relationships with external stakeholders such as Sponsors, the media and key clients. Lastly, but certainly most importantly, I assist our wonderful network of volunteers in our Special Interest Groups in their meetings and support any outputs they create.
