A little about me

I am the Executive Operations Manager and have worked at CILA for just over 6 years.

With an Hons degree in Business Management, I have a background in Sales and Operations in securing new business opportunities and managing customer relationships. Away from work, I love cooking but more so eating. To combat all the food I eat, I enjoy playing tennis in my free time.

What I do

As Operations Manager I provide full support to the Executive Committee in implementing the management strategy and objectives of the Institute. Part of this is to ensure that the strategy is consistent with the Charter. My role also encompasses the management of the financial controls as well as overseeing the financial health of the institute. I also work closely in the development of CILA qualifications and handle the strategic relationship with Pearson Vue.
